Creating beautiful furniture is just the beginning at Kinns. The minute you get in touch with us right through to the installation of your finished piece, we aim to provide the highest possible levels of service at every stage of the buying process. Our pledge to quality help us maintain superior levels of service from beginning to end which is why we are proud to offer a white glove delivery service for our customers.
Our trusted delivery team have the skills and knowledge to handle your order with complete care, from the minute it leaves our factory or the brands we work with, to the moment it’s delivered to your home. Our comprehensive and friendly service means we are able to fully unpack and install your furniture in a room of your choice. Once your furniture is in situ, we will then clear away any packaging and conduct a full quality assessment check only signing off the job when you are completely happy.
Quality Control
Before items leave our workshop, each piece is meticulously checked by our team of experts. It’s then carefully packaged by our team for delivery.
For delivery ease, for made-to order items, we also offer an onsite assembly service if required.
Large Orders
Through partnership with our trusted logistics service firm, we are also equipped to fulfil large scale orders too. With access to 7.5 tonne and artic lorries, your items can be delivered direct to your home too.
Customer Services
On the very rare occasion, that something isn’t 100% perfect, our friendly customer services team will be available to help you resolve any issue. Afterall, quality, service and customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do at Kinns.
Time scale on some of the orders is upto 8 weeks for delivery as some of the products are made to order or bespoke. We will always keep you in the loop and let you know how long, where, when and how your furniture will be delivered. Due to current circumstances of the pandemic some of our partners will only do curb side deliveries.
